Virtual Persona Studios operates Maya Content Publisher, a tool intended to help an authorized account owner prepare and publish approved content through TikTok integrations.

Information handled

When an authorized user chooses to connect a TikTok account, the service may receive the TikTok information and permissions the user approves, such as a TikTok account identifier, display name, avatar, and content selected for upload or posting. The service does not request passwords, payment-card details, or private messages.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate the authorized user, operate the requested publishing workflow, troubleshoot the integration, and meet applicable legal or platform obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared with TikTok only as necessary to provide the authorized integration. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve issues, or comply with legal obligations.

Authorized use

The service may be used only by an account owner or a person explicitly authorized to manage that account. You are responsible for the accuracy, rights, permissions, disclosures, and lawful use of any content you choose to publish.

Platform integrations

Use of TikTok functionality depends on TikTok availability, permissions, and review requirements. Virtual Persona Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party platforms or approval of any content.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate another person, bypass platform safeguards, or publish content that violates platform rules.

Changes and contact
